切丁機主要由機架、供切割物料用的殼體、推料撥盤、刀具總成、傳動系統(tǒng)和電器控制系統(tǒng)組成。切丁部件由一把切片刀,一組圓刀軸以及一組橫切刀軸組成。更換圓刀軸、橫切刀軸以及調(diào)整切片厚度可以完成切割不同尺寸丁的轉(zhuǎn)換。
