1、 根據(jù)不同產(chǎn)品的不同質量要求，調節(jié)切菜機粗細旋鈕。

2、 打開切菜機電源開關，使切菜機正常運轉。

3、 關好傳動軸及刀片上的保護頂蓋。不可逆向操作，違者后果自負。

三、操作后的清潔工作

1、 用60℃以上的溫水將切菜機傳送帶、切菜刀片、切片機，內部及托水盤清理干凈。
