切丁機(jī) 指適用于脫水蔬菜、速凍蔬菜加工廠及食品醬菜行業(yè)加工各種根、莖類蔬菜成正方體及長(zhǎng)方體形狀的機(jī)器總稱。那么切丁機(jī)在使用前要做哪些準(zhǔn)備工作呢？

1、仔細(xì)檢查切丁機(jī)是否存在缺、損、松問(wèn)題，確保機(jī)器處于完好狀態(tài)。

2、檢查殼體內(nèi)是否有異物存在，將殼體內(nèi)異物掉，否則容易引起刀片的損壞。

1、每次使用后必須對(duì)機(jī)器進(jìn)行清洗，尤其是物料通過(guò)的地方和通道，保持切丁機(jī)的干凈。

2、每次使用后，應(yīng)細(xì)心檢查切丁機(jī)所有的切割刀具是否有損壞或磨鈍，檢查梳子刀口是否正?；驌p壞.每周拆卸一次圓盤(pán)切絲組合刀具和橫切斷組合刀具（拆卸時(shí)要小心謹(jǐn)慎，使用專用工具，以免傷手），并進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)那逑?當(dāng)切丁機(jī)重新裝配時(shí)，切丁機(jī)須用無(wú)味的食物油進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)，安裝前必須在切絲軸和切斷軸上涂抹上食物油，以保證其拆卸方便。
