一、操作規(guī)程：
1、 Operating procedures:
1、使用前，擦拭機(jī)器，面對(duì)切片機(jī)，先將載物臺(tái)移更右邊，漏出加油口，向其中加5滴油，多次橫向載物臺(tái)，使?jié)櫥途鶆蚍植肌?br />
1. Before use, wipe the machine, face the slicer, move the stage to the right, leak out the oil filler, add 5 drops of oil to it, and cross the stage several times to make the lubricating oil evenly distributed.
2、調(diào)節(jié)切割厚度，先將厚度調(diào)更大，再調(diào)需要厚度；調(diào)好后將夾具打開(kāi)，放入物料，夾實(shí)，并落下重錘。
2. Adjust the cutting thickness, first adjust the thickness to larger, and then adjust to the required thickness; After adjustment, open the clamp, put in the material, clamp it tightly, and drop the heavy hammer.
3、開(kāi)機(jī)檢查：檢查刀片上是否有異物，檢查刀具護(hù)板是否蓋實(shí)，檢查磨刀砂輪是否遠(yuǎn)離刀片。
3. Start up inspection: check whether there is any foreign matter on the blade, whether the tool guard plate is covered tightly, and whether the grinding wheel is far away from the blade.
4、檢查無(wú)誤后，接通電源，打開(kāi)開(kāi)關(guān)，讓其自動(dòng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，操作員不能遠(yuǎn)離設(shè)備，以防發(fā)生意外。

5、結(jié)束后，先關(guān)閉開(kāi)關(guān)，斷電，取下廢料及半成品，打開(kāi)刀具護(hù)板，將刀片及載物臺(tái)清理干凈（小心刀片鋒利）。

1、對(duì)手輪進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，將標(biāo)本夾直接升到更高的位置，并轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪將手柄停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，同時(shí)將標(biāo)本夾和手輪都進(jìn)行鎖定。
