切片機(jī)的外包裝是不銹鋼的，所以我們在日常使用的時(shí)候，應(yīng)當(dāng)特別注意不要使用過尖或者是過硬的東西碰到其表面，以免劃傷。如果在使用一段時(shí)間之后，需要對切片機(jī)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行清洗的時(shí)候，工作人員應(yīng)當(dāng)同時(shí)卸上下的固定的螺絲，以免在拆掉一個(gè)螺絲的時(shí)候，發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)，或者是損壞設(shè)備。

還要注意對切片機(jī)做好潤滑護(hù)理，應(yīng)當(dāng)定期查看其的潤滑情況，在添加潤滑油的時(shí)候，應(yīng)當(dāng)保證油量充足，但不要過量。工作人員應(yīng)當(dāng)在每天的工作結(jié)束之后，及時(shí)將切片機(jī)內(nèi)部是所有殘留物料清理干凈。并且要注意檢查刀片的磨損情況，如果有問題的話，應(yīng)及時(shí)修復(fù)或者是更換。另外，是將工作現(xiàn)場清理干凈，而且要注意切斷設(shè)備的總電源。
