一、切片機操作規(guī)程
1、 Operating procedures of slicer
（一）開機前準備
（1） Preparation before startup
1、在切片機使用之前，打開副滾筒蒸汽閥門，預熱下料盆，避免因物料和筒體之間有凝固層，而不能正常操作，一般保溫到物料成液體狀態(tài)即可。打開冷凍機，水泵及相關閥門使冷卻水置換主滾筒中。
1. Before the slicer is used, open the steam valve of the auxiliary drum and preheat the blanking basin to avoid the failure of normal operation due to the solidification layer between the material and the cylinder. 2、用“切片厚度調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕”調(diào)節(jié)切片所需的切片厚度。
