1、裝置、各操作開(kāi)關(guān)正常；2、電源線(xiàn)、插頭、插座完好；3、設(shè)備穩(wěn)固，各零部件無(wú)松動(dòng)；4、確認(rèn)無(wú)異常后，啟動(dòng)設(shè)備試運(yùn)行，再進(jìn)行作業(yè)。

1、調(diào)整好要切肉的厚度，把沒(méi)有骨頭的凍肉放在托架上壓好壓板，切割溫度在-4~-8度之間，打開(kāi)電源后，先啟動(dòng)刀盤(pán)，再啟動(dòng)左右擺動(dòng)。
