　　一、日常保養(yǎng)

　　1、保證零部件整體性好。在操作的過程中保證儀器每一個(gè)部件鎖緊，不要有松動(dòng)。如果有松動(dòng)，不僅不能切出滿意的切片，同時(shí)也對(duì)儀器損傷很大；保證切片的一定角度。在調(diào)好該切片機(jī)的zui佳角度后，盡量不要隨意調(diào)動(dòng)角度，否則難以切出理想切片或出現(xiàn)跳片現(xiàn)象。
　　1. Guarantee good integrality of parts and components. In the process of operation, ensure that every part of the instrument is locked and not loosened. If there is loosening, not only can not cut satisfactory slices, but also damage the instrument greatly; ensure a certain angle of slices. 　　4、保證室內(nèi)環(huán)境的干燥及清潔，每種精密儀器都有其適應(yīng)的環(huán)境及空氣酸堿度條件，如果空氣比較潮濕，儀器就容易生銹、生成氧化膜等現(xiàn)象，而且每次使用切片機(jī)的時(shí)候，都要用冰塊凍蠟塊，切片機(jī)旁邊有溫水漂片，這些都會(huì)影響空氣濕度。所以在切片時(shí)應(yīng)配備干燥儀器或空調(diào)。

　　每天使用之前要仔細(xì)檢查切片機(jī)各個(gè)部件是否正常，用完之后各部件調(diào)到原位。要注意按步驟開關(guān)機(jī)，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常盡快維護(hù)及修理，以免發(fā)展為儀器故障。對(duì)于儀器故障，我們應(yīng)仔細(xì)觀察、分析，簡(jiǎn)單故障盡量自己排除，對(duì)于復(fù)雜的故障要請(qǐng)維修人員，并在工程師維修時(shí)做好維修記錄，總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以利于以后對(duì)儀器更好地保養(yǎng)和維修。

　　如果出現(xiàn)馬達(dá)推進(jìn)、后退及切片進(jìn)度不正常故障（故障是線路老化引起），打開機(jī)蓋后發(fā)現(xiàn)切片機(jī)線路板有些生銹且灰塵很多。所以在有可能的情況下，機(jī)身內(nèi)線路板要定期維護(hù)，用100%乙醇擦拭，線路板插口用橡皮擦擦除表面氧化膜嗎，這樣可以延長(zhǎng)線路板壽命。
　　If there are abnormal faults of motor propulsion, backward and slicing progress (the fault is caused by the aging of the circuit), after opening the cover, it is found that the circuit board of the slicer is rusty and dusty. So if possible, the PCB in the fuselage should be maintained regularly, wiped with 100% ethanol and erased with eraser on the PCB socket, so as to prolong the life of PCB.
