日常生產(chǎn)中常見的機(jī)器故障，往往是由于沒有采取及時(shí)的檢修與保養(yǎng)從而影響作業(yè)效率，就拿廢鋼壓塊機(jī)來說，由于工作強(qiáng)度大，損傷較嚴(yán)重，適當(dāng)維修非常必要。因此了解機(jī)器常識(shí)，可以保障機(jī)器在出現(xiàn)故障時(shí)能夠得到好的。 廢鐵壓塊機(jī)機(jī)在使用中出現(xiàn)機(jī)器故障可以從一下六個(gè)方面進(jìn)行檢修：

For scrap press, due to its high work intensity and serious damage, proper maintenance is very necessary. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of machine common sense can ensure that the machine can get a good solution in case of failure. In case of machine failure of scrap iron briquetting machine in use, it can be repaired from the following six aspects:
1、機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)出現(xiàn)疲勞、無力狀況。原因在于油封老化或者溢流閥失靈、電壓不足等，可以通過更換油封，清洗更溢流閥或者加大電壓等方法排除故障。
1. The machine is running in a state of fatigue and weakness. The reason is that the oil seal is aging, or the overflow valve is out of order, or the voltage is insufficient. You can remove the fault by replacing the oil seal, cleaning the overflow valve or increasing the voltage.
2、出現(xiàn)中軸漏油現(xiàn)象。這個(gè)時(shí)候一般是油封破損或者小法蘭螺絲不夠緊造成的。具體辦法可以通過更換中軸油封，并鎖緊小法蘭螺絲來排除，達(dá)到節(jié)約資源的效果。 3、機(jī)器在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)發(fā)出響聲。判斷機(jī)器故障很多時(shí)候就是通過機(jī)器聲音來辨別，這種情況下是因?yàn)橛凸芾匣蛘哂凸芷屏堰M(jìn)入空氣甚堵塞油管。簡(jiǎn)單的處理方法就是進(jìn)行油管清理或更換。
2. There is oil leakage from the central shaft. At this time, the oil seal is generally damaged or the small flange screw is not tight enough. The specific solution can be eliminated by replacing the middle shaft oil seal and locking the small flange screws, so as to achieve the effect of saving resources. 3. The machine makes a noise when it is running. To judge the fault of the machine is to distinguish it by the sound of the machine. In this case, it is because the oil pipe is aging or the oil pipe breaks into the air or even blocks the oil pipe. The simple treatment is to clean or replace the oil pipe.
4、操作失靈難以控制。這個(gè)時(shí)候可以檢查開關(guān)是否損壞或者接觸是否牢靠。如果有就需要更換行程和控制開關(guān)。
4. Operation failure is difficult to control. At this time, you can check whether the switch is damaged or the contact is secure. If so, the travel and control switches need to be replaced.
5、電機(jī)不轉(zhuǎn)故障。出現(xiàn)電機(jī)不運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)就說明電機(jī)可能燒壞了，或者扣制開關(guān)損壞導(dǎo)致接觸不良，一般的辦法是更換相應(yīng)設(shè)備，從而進(jìn)行維修。
5. The motor fails to rotate. If the motor does not run, it means that the motor may be burnt out, or the buckle switch may be damaged, resulting in poor contact. The general solution is to replace the corresponding equipment, so as to carry out maintenance.
6、發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)器發(fā)熱，出現(xiàn)大平率振動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。這就提醒操作人員需要注意機(jī)器保養(yǎng)了，適當(dāng)休息有助于機(jī)器使用壽命的提高。此外還可以檢查是否液壓油變質(zhì)，還可以安裝冷卻器來排除故障。
6. It is found that the machine is hot and vibrates at a large flat rate. This reminds the operator to pay attention to the maintenance of the machine. Proper rest will help to improve the service life of the machine. In addition, it can also check whether the hydraulic oil is deteriorated and install a cooler to eliminate the problem.
