1.工作前先試切，觀察所切蔬菜規(guī)格與要求規(guī)格是否一致,否則應(yīng)調(diào)節(jié)切片厚度或切菜長(zhǎng)度，符合要求后進(jìn)行正常工作。

2.安裝豎刀2.1智能切菜機(jī)安裝豎刀：把豎刀放在定刀板上，刃口與定刀板下端平行接觸，定刀板銷在刀架上，緊固切刀螺母，拆下定刀板即可。

4切菜長(zhǎng)度調(diào)整：觀察控制面板上顯示的長(zhǎng)度數(shù)值與要求長(zhǎng)度是否相符，增加長(zhǎng)度時(shí)按增長(zhǎng)按鈕，減小長(zhǎng)度時(shí)按減小按鈕。其他切菜機(jī)調(diào)整：轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)可調(diào)偏心輪，松開連桿緊固螺釘，切細(xì)絲可移動(dòng)支點(diǎn)，由外向里；切粗絲時(shí)可移動(dòng)支點(diǎn)，由里向外，調(diào)好后緊固調(diào)整螺釘
