使用操作，切辣椒安裝豎刀（參見圖）：先轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)辣椒切割機(jī)可調(diào)偏心輪，是刀架行下死點(diǎn)后，再使刀架向上抬起1-2毫米，使豎刀與輸送帶接觸后，緊固螺母把豎刀禁固在刀架上，（泡椒魚頭切辣椒機(jī)注：刀架抬起全自動(dòng)切辣椒機(jī)高度可根據(jù)所切辣椒自行掌握。如果刀架抬起高度小，小型切辣椒機(jī)辣椒可能連刀，如果刀架抬起過大，有可能切斷輸送帶）。
