切片機在開機前，要對限位開關(guān)、壓力、安 全指示燈、氣動安 全控制桿以及刀片擋板等進(jìn)行檢查，檢查沒有問題后才能接通電源，安 全聯(lián)鎖裝置，要經(jīng)常進(jìn)行檢查，是否能夠正常工作。切片機運轉(zhuǎn)時，不能進(jìn)行清潔、檢修及維護保養(yǎng)工作不能打開安 全防護門，移動光電管。如要進(jìn)行這些工作，應(yīng)切斷設(shè)備電源，讓設(shè)備處于斷電狀態(tài)，并掛上警示標(biāo)志。

切片機翻料臂卸料位置如果出現(xiàn)卡料現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)先拔掉翻料臂上的氣管，然后再進(jìn)行檢查，排除故障，設(shè)備出現(xiàn)問題后，不能擅自處理，應(yīng)請人員進(jìn)行處理。切片機更換刀片時，應(yīng)按照規(guī)定操作來進(jìn)行，壓力要確認(rèn)已經(jīng)被放空了，操作完成后，要清掃作業(yè)現(xiàn)場，清理機器設(shè)備，還要進(jìn)行日常的維護保養(yǎng)。開啟切片機主機電源，打開開關(guān)，利用箱體溫度設(shè)置按鈕設(shè)置切片機切片時所需的溫度，這時溫度顯示窗口會同步顯示設(shè)置的溫度。

如果想要防止切片機的參數(shù)被更改，可以將鍵盤鎖定，通過控制面板上的鍵盤鎖定按鈕。按下按鈕5秒鐘左右，當(dāng)時間窗口中的兩個點停止閃爍時，就表示鍵盤已經(jīng)被鎖定了，想要解鎖方法同上。切片機再次開機前，應(yīng)檢查切片機內(nèi)是否有積水，如有應(yīng)處理干凈后再開機。切片機如果需要長時間使用，那么可將其夜間的溫度調(diào)零下十度以下，這樣有利于保護切片機。
