1、打開洗菜機箱閥門，在洗菜機入水口處接入水，水量以被清洗的菜可完全沒入為主。但一般情況下要將水加滿水位線，即溢水口。

3、打開“洗菜啟動”開關(guān)，此時氣泵也同時開啟進行鼓泡。檢查蔬菜被清洗的情況并調(diào)節(jié)氣體閥門控制氣量大小，達到適合的鼓泡速度。

4、當循環(huán)水水箱水滿時，可打開“循環(huán)水啟動”按鈕。此時循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)對菜進行沖浪清洗。

5、循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)打開后，被清洗的菜將大量向輸送帶運動，此時可打開噴淋系統(tǒng)閥門，進行噴淋清洗，而水則由輸送帶網(wǎng)格滲下參與水循環(huán)。
