切丁切塊機(jī)主要適用于脫水蔬菜、速凍蔬菜加工廠(chǎng)及食品醬菜行業(yè)加工各種根、莖類(lèi)蔬菜成正方體及長(zhǎng)方體形狀。肉類(lèi)切丁機(jī)主要有底座、殼體、撥盤(pán)、立刀、絲刀體、橫切斷刀體，傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和電器控制系統(tǒng)組成。切丁機(jī)可以分為一次性切成丁的切魚(yú)肉丁機(jī)、一次性成絲的肉絲肉片機(jī)、切軟骨的雞鴨帶骨切丁機(jī)、熟肉切片機(jī)。

(1)切丁機(jī)，應(yīng)將被切物料洗凈去雜，如果被切物料混有沙石與泥塊，刀刃口與刀板容易損壞和磨鈍。物料切割直徑應(yīng)不超過(guò)100mm，如果大于此直徑須分塊。
